Seeded Twist Pillow

This is a simple starter pillow for those with basic knitting skills including seed stitch and cables.  The pattern is very repetitive and easy to memorize.

Row 2: P1,K1 to marker, P8 between markers, K1,P1 to end (should end on a purl.)

Row 3: P1,K1 to marker, K8 between markers, P1,K1 to end (Should end on a purl.)

Row 4: P1,K1 to marker, P8 between markers, K1,P1 to end (should end on a purl.)

Row 5: P1,K1 to marker, K8 between markers, P1,K1 to end (Should end on a purl.)

Row 6: P1,K1 to marker, P8 between markers, K1,P1 to end (should end on a purl.)

Row 7: P1,K1 to marker, K8 between markers, P1,K1 to end (Should end on a purl.)

Row 9: P1,K1 to marker , Cab4Back, K4,K4 from Cable Needle, P1,K1 to end of row

Repeat rows 2 – 9 until you reach your desired length, I did 65 rows in total.

Cast off

Sew two sides of pillow together in the method you prefer.  Then  block.  Once the pillow is dry, use a pillow insert, (or make one – how to post coming soon) to fill, and sew up the last side.
